Connect the screen with the meraki on a port in vlan 309 (Smart_TV).
This can be seen on the meraki portal (https://n210.meraki.com/) by hovering over the ports of the switch.
For the access points this can be seen from the name see picture.
If the screen is connected, the user can connect as stated in the attached document.
